Pinch me, I'm featured in HuffPost (in my pyjamas!). Fun fact @rachelmoss_ interviewed me right after the dance session, which means she interviewed me in my pyjamas. Read the article to find out why I deliberately dance in my PJs.
This was the first story I saw this morning and thought "I know that girl in the photo!" My brilliant friend @cloudiercolvin, making people dance and smile, as she always has with her fab business @nbodyswatching. https://t.co/4RXwpSs8mz via

Thank you @YvetteCaster for inviting me to guest on @MentallyYrs. Mental health is really important to me and it's great to have a space to discuss it openly. In this episode we unpacked the impact of music and dance on mental health.

@Nmozz I've been working out a lot more regularly since gyms closed and I won't be going back ever again! The commute to the gym is time consuming; working out at home saves me time, plus I have more space to move and don't have to fight for a good spot.
@cookiewhirls Go for a walk. I've had all my most creative ideas whilst going for a walk. No headphones, no podcasts, no music, just me and me thoughts getting processed and turned into new ideas as I walk.
We can't travel, but we can let music transport us to new places. Today was the first day of the musical road trip edition of the Wake Up & Dance Challenge. For 3 weeks we'll be waking up and dancing to 3 songs from a different country every day. Join us!
To anyone who says "but they were breaking covid guidelines". So were these unmasked men, celebrating a football win. On the same day. The same day. #ShameOnYou
So many of my followers have been sending me videos and pics of the huge crowds for the footy and the way the police remained calm.
Versus a vigil for a murdered woman, and a stand against male violence.
I actually can’t watch any more footage of young women being dragged, shoved and screamed at by officers for attending a fucking vigil.
Does no one respect or love our women? I’ve been holding it together all week and now I just wanna cry and drink.
@Ryanair in April and May 2020 you cancelled some flights and I requested a refund, which never arrived. I gave up & selected a travel voucher in https://t.co/2qU1OVuXXq's now March, I still haven't seen my travel voucher. You've ignored my multiple follow up emails. What now?

@Ryanair@ladeckasona The same happened to me. The strategy seems to be to ignore people until they complain visible on social media. It's happened with 2 flights and nobody replied to 6 emails I sent for each flight.
Drove early to Westminster to sit on the committee and pass the legislation that FINALLY allowed Mother's names to appear on marriage certificates. Happy Mothers Day!
There was a reporter called Piers
Who thought his opinions were fierce.
They were just out of date,
spreading far too much hate
We said "shush!". He quit talking, in tears.
