september is suicide awareness month.

today i will share a bit of my story.

during the entire month of march 2024 i became extremely depressed, after i broke up with my now ex girlfriend.

i couldn’t eat, couldn’t sleep and could barely cope.

i felt like i was a broken shell

i was admitted into hospital on the 29th of february for an attempt

i was later diagnosed with severe depression and anxiety.

later in march i returned to hospital for stomach pains.

in there i was diagnosed with arfid.

i still struggle with severe mental health.
