Omo for me, nothing really concern me with wetin Nigerians go talk if I finally get funded and maybe I have to give part of the company to a foreigner, since I've been in tech I noticed some so called Angel Investors are VCs , there's no Angel Investor apart from your family and yourself, they don't invest in dreams no matter how promising, except u're a Nepo baby or you studied abroad, u must either be rich or have an affiliation with something or someone abroad, which is bad, then they want to invest or start making some policies, they only support u when they see ur stuff is popular, even the users most times they're looking for the free version of ur product 😂, they start comparing u with foreign tech, this country is fucked up by the way, so I decided to stop chasing Investors money, cos I've been in a place where an Angel investor i directly said he would rather build houses and rent than to fund a startup, and I was like then what are we having this discussion for ?, that alone is mearnt to make u give up, but I promise myself one day, I'll come back to quote this tweet 5 years from now @chatatpai will be a big name, and there's nothing Nigerians can do about it, as a tech bro ur concern should be to travel abroad, and build ur stuff, if u think I'm lying check all our tech unicorns most of the founders are Nigerians living outside or they got funded by YC
