@ScotRail the app says the train was on time to come to larkhall it didn't show up and the app says it's departed. Nothing was said at the station. Is the next train coming to larkhall? People are saying it only called at merryton.

@ScotRail Yes it's just been announced on the train. The board 100% said 12:30 to Prestwick Town platform 14 front 7 carriages. There was no way for me to get to platform 11 from 14 on time. I'm not usually one to complain but with ticket prices being extortionate it's absolutely not okay.

@ScotRail I'm in Glasgow central on a train on plat 14 front which is where the board and app said my train to paisley is. All of a sudden the app now says platform 11. I'm still on the plat 14 train. No staff no signs. No audio. Where is this train going?

@ScotRail I'm going to be late for work now. Why would the board say platform 14 and then switch 5 minutes later. I plan my travel so I've got plenty of time. There's a few passengers here in the same situation. Not on.
