@virginmedia @bt_uk I should be clear, latency and packetloss have now gone. I had upto 20% packetloss on your 1Gb network with my home hardwired via ethernet, and the problem being your end (superhub back)

The @virginmedia Internet team need to sort out your awful network, it maybe fast but quality is appalling! More will leave.

@virginmedia Course, issues since 13th but apparently its a complex issue so will be resolved (maybe) by 25th (originally told 20th), so who knows! Got @bt_uk being installed on 26th so will no longer be an issue for me soon!

Whats causing 20% packetloss on @virginmedia internet? Supprt autoresponse says its a complicated issue and will take some time to resolve (I am in Bromley). But, your network has been completely falling apart for last 2 weeks... So how much longer? Should we call ghostbusters?
