Apparently 22 minutes is the answer. They finally got released. Either we need to go back to pre pandemic services or these systems need to get a lot easier to use. Getting passport appointments is like trying to get a ticket to a concert that sells out in minutes.

@AusintheUS these SF passport interview slots that drop at "approximately 6am" today. How many minutes or hours should we spend refreshing this page? This process is really really painful. When can we get back to normal passport functions? Still feels like March 2020.

@GooglePlay When I try to set up a family payment method I get this very unhelpful error message "not eligible for signing up for family library". But why?
