@ASOS @ASOS I can’t get through to any customer care. I sent back 2 tops in one parcel but I ordered them at separate times but they came in one package but I’ve only been refunded for one of them four days ago and nothing on the other. There isn’t any way I can talk to customer care
@ASOS I sent a parcel back last Friday and haven’t got my email to say you’ve received it. I can’t seem to get hold of anyone from your team and the live chat doesn’t work. Please advise
@ASOS hey! I sent my parcel back last Friday.. I’ve checked the Royal Mail tracking and it says delivered but I haven’t had an email to confirm my refund and can’t find the ‘asosheretohelp’ page x
@MorpheBrushes I ordered the Jacyln Hill palette on 3rd, still awaiting my order. I’ve emailed Hermes and they confirmed the delivery address of CH44 0DN, which is incorrect. Please can you amend the address as per the confirmation email and let me know when my parcel is due?
