@drpepper I already called support and was denied because the brewer was just outside warranty. Your team then asked me to DM details and said you’d help resolve this quickly. Nearly 3 months later, I still haven’t received any follow-up. I’m just trying to get follow-through and closure.
Hi @Keurig, our K-Mini Go stopped powering on after about 16 months of normal use. I know it’s outside warranty, but that seems short for a countertop coffee maker. We’ve owned several Keurigs and would like to stay with the brand. Could this be reviewed?

Welp, it’s been confirmed. @postmates customer service is the worst. You’ll be sorely disappointed if anything goes wrong and you need to contact them. Shame that a company would be okay with such poor service. Do yourself a favor and use a competitor for food delivery.
