@KayJewelers what do we have to do to get ring cleaning reminders? There is no email/text/call to remind us when the ring is due to be cleaned. If we have loose stones, this shouldn’t fully be on us. I have been told multiple times there will be a reminder, but there never is

@Macys I placed an order for some pots and pans and when I opened it, the lid was bent on one side. Ideally I don’t want to return the item, as we need them as we begin prepping for the holiday. What can be done to compensate for the bent lid? Thanks!
