I like the minimum wins mark as it forces the bad teams to win about 10 more games combined, forcing them to try to win in about 30 more games. Remove protections except Top 3 woukd help with teams tanking to keep a traded pick.

@Sam_Vecenie @MotorCityHoops I'd see Milwaukee daring Giannis not to sign extension as the bluff. Giannis would call that and say trade me to NY. I don't see other teams (e.g., Por) trying to help out the Bucks. Seems offseason bluff battle or GSW now to me.
