One average rider, two average horses, limited resources (⏱&💷). Eventing-ridiculous & addictive in equal measures, amused by the goings on of the circuit!
Here, there and everywhere. Stately homes through the summer.
I’m constantly amused the world of equestrianism, eventing in particular, having been fluky enough to experience a few of the internationals it truly is an entirely ridiculous sport but also insanely addictive and all-consuming!
Lucky to have such a supportive significant other🤥. Kindly offered to put up a display of my notable rosettes from last season 😂(in the toilet🙄) #DidntTakeLong#WorthTheEntryFees 😳#AverageHorseOwnersClub https://t.co/V2hWk8wdon
An insight into eventers psyche🙈, today’s quote from 4* (not average) eventer;
‘I’ve decided this season I’m not doing eventing starts before 1.30am, once did a 1.15am start&was so tired I couldn’t concentrate”
Right so those 15mins are a deal breaker!😳😂🤣

Anyone-else starting to get cautiously nervously excited for the start of the season and that we may have survived winter?!🙏🏻
Ponies had their first outing of the year ✅ nights slightly lighter, Mr S.Shine🌞 even making an appearance🙌🏻😬
For any horse owners that are not sure if their horses are vaccinated against the Florida Clade 1 strain of equine flu that has come to attention today, both the ProteqFlu and Equilis Prequenza vaccines cover the FC1 strain. Get checking those passports!
