This is a joke now, companies are merely taking your time, setting up n number of interviews, and when you reach the final round, your profile is on hold or somebody with lesser notice period is selected. This is mentally exhausting. Demotivated.

1. HRs give you positive feedback but says we’re still interviewing other candidates seeing if they have lesser notice period even if you were transparent in the inital call.
2. They put your profile on hold, saying they’re looking for projects to map you for.

What a disappointing journey to Varanasi through @flyspicejet The flight is delayed by an hour and on top of that the AC is not working. We have been in the flight without a working AC for more than an hour. Still waiting for the flight to take off. Why do we pay so much then?

@alokaanand @mr_mayank Women aren’t the problem in male-dominated fields. Fragile egos that collapse in the presence of competent women are. Maybe the government should regulate men with opinions they haven’t earned. Get well soon.
