@adriennecullen#cancer#medicalerror The late Adrienne Cullen in the Netherlands and the late Vicky Phelan in Ireland: The shameful parallels. https://t.co/aWmSCGfmwf
My nieces’ beloved cat Leonard has gone missing in Burwash, East Sussex.
It’s been 4 days and he has a medical condition. I’ll offer a £1000 reward to anyone who finds him.
I wish to express my great thanks to Irish ambassador in The Hague, Dr Ann Derwin, and her deputy, Louise Hartigan, who both attended in person the annual symposium on medical harm in memory of my late wife, Adrienne Cullen, @UMCUtrecht y’day. A powerful message from @dfatirl 🙏
2. Some of you may remember that @AdrienneCullen died of cervical cancer on December 31, 2018, when her hospital, @UMCUtrecht, “lost” the results of a tissue analysis which showed she had cancer. By the time they “found” the results, two years later, her condition was terminal.
1. In memory of my late wife, Dr Adrienne Cullen - who died following medical negligence - the annual Adrienne Cullen Symposium on Open Disclosure After Harm will be held this Thursday, June 4, from 15.00 to 16.15 Dutch (2pm to 3.15pm Irish) at UMC Utrecht, in the #Netherlands.
#Ireland#Media#RTE
In my experience, there have always been wheels within wheels in RTE, with people who are “looked after”. Nothing ever changes. Bringing the station under the Comptroller + Auditor General would be a useful first step. Do it!

An international police operation has disrupted a major cocaine trafficking route across the Atlantic - involving complex at-sea transfers designed to avoid major ports and traditional detection methods. The route was between the Canaries and the Azores.
