“Taehyung-ah, hi? Are you doing well? In a few hours I’ll be undergoing a difficult heart surgery, and in case I might not be able to come back, I’m leaving this message. During the darkest period of my life, you became my light and my hope. I’m so proud of you for holding on so steadfastly until now. I’ve never met you in person, but I’ve always held you close in my heart. Even if I don’t make it back, I hope you know that until the very last moment of my life I loved you and was proud of you. If I do return safely, I hope you’ll leave a reply to this message. Then I can come back, reply to you, and tell you that I overcame it safely. But if you never hear from me again, please know that I’ll always be watching over you from heaven and being proud of you. I love you. 💜”
