If the pilot cost is less than that then Lux triggers

@davflamerock When cards are ready for print who comes up with the language for the cards? Red Leader is a bit ambiguous with its language. While we can infer that it’s meant to mean pilot unit and pilot upgrade, why isn’t it worded like that?
@Gamegenic_ What’s the reasoning for the counter going over the HP on bases? It’s kind of a headache while playing and kinda encourages people to count down base health which is against the rules
