@British_Airways It’s not about testing. I’m on booking no4 to fly back to #LHR from #MUC and a 2 day+ delay. This is on top of a 3 day baggage delay, all for a 5 day trip. Zero #CustomerService or support. The brand truth here is not one of confidence.

@NickFerrariLBC dominic would be fine. There is a Tesla Supercharger at Scotch Corner Services 😉 maybe Tesla should force you to complete an eye test chart built into the charger before being able to unplug. You know, just to know your eyes are okay for the drive back to London

@waitrose @Tesco @sainsburys would it be possible to get a store traffic indicator (how long the queue is) on your store locator web pages? If people could see the queue is large, small etc, they could make a decision on making the journey. sorry if i've missed it #COVID19
