COVID-19 UK testing service on 119 -- have no access to test results so cannot help if you call them. You go through all your details each time (they can't look up your details on a system) and then they can't actually do anything. Waste of time. #Covid19UK @BBCNews @guardian

Chased COVID-19 tests again -- tested on Monday. Chased on Wednesday. Registered as a "delayed result" -- they will get back to me in 48 hours! No results still after 120 hours. Complaints email will be responded to in 5 working days. Speechless. #covid19uk @bbcnews @guardian
