@Expedia @Caribichouse I have had to reach out to the Jamaican police to help attempt to return my full refund. I am absolutely shocked @Expedia is not providing any more assistance and stepping up and taking responsibility for having such a shady place listed on their website.

@Expedia allows for to book hotels that will end up committing fraud and not provide any reasonable help. I had booked the @Caribichouse through the Expedia app and cancelled before the cancellation window, which entitled me to a full refund. Yet nothing has been refunded.

@Expedia attempted to help as they say the refund needs to come directly from @Caribichouse , which I understand. However both myself and Expedia are getting the run around from this hotel. @Expedia has been no help after having troubles reaching the manager.
