@18002096006 Requesting further assistance as the Area Customer Manager is not able to help. Demanding for replacement of another part worth Rs.4 Lakhs. Why wasnt this done under Insurance Claim. 8 Lakhs Insurance + 4 Lakhs Part replacement. Its 50% of New Car.

My car met with an accident in April 2021 and since then its been a tough time with Mahindra Automotive and their dealers as they are unable to fix the car to working conditions after raising bills for around 8Lakhs.

@18002096006 Thanks. i did receive a call from Mr.Roshan but again he is asking us to replace another part worth Rs.4 Lakhs and also stating that there isnt 100% guarantee that this will solve the issue. Also we need to pay for the same. I request a vehicle replacement instead.
