Its difficult to swallow the "rule of law" concept. It takes seconds, minutes or less than a day to take someone's life, but it takes months and even years to charge and convict a killer. The state uses enomous resources and gives the accused free legal representation, free accomodation and free food. The family of the victim has no support. What type of a system allows this to happen? #MatlalaCase
