Very disappointed with my experience booking with @British_Airways. Got to the final stage of paying when the website had an error message. Only to try and re-book again for them to add £60 on top. Not happy!

@British_Airways Hi Leanne, thanks for the reply. I understand you have a live system but it was an error the website that caused this. I was hoping to use the extra money I paid to reserve seats to be able to fly comfortably - I’m 6ft 9! Now I have to wait to see if I am lucky 24hrs before
