In anticipation of a possible deployment, we are issuing this EOI to volunteers who for rapid response should CMAT be officially tasked to assist.

NOTE: CMAT has not yet been tasked by PAHO, however we are preparing.

- current resumé/ CV
- current photo pg of passport
- copy of professional license/ certif/ proof of payment to professional regulator
- copy of vaccinations, incl C-19
