This a fire we’ve been missing from players not named Steph for awhile.
Embrace the moment young man. Will temper that fire as the next year + goes on. Absolutely love to see it.
Saw the clip where Travis Hunter explains how he “fake stumbles” when undercutting a route to trick QBs into throwing the ball - he says he intentionally squats low and leans over looking off center to make it seem like he tripped or got caught slipping on a route.
Went back and realize he did it to CJ Stroud on the EndZone interception and Stroud realizes what happened immediately.
@zlockz20@warriorsworld Yep, I get criticism of Dunleavy for sure, but I think its going to be the same story, different author until the bell tolls on the two timeline philosophy held by the one group of people in the org who can’t be fired
Warriors season hasn’t EVEN STARTED yet and already we’ve got…
- Draymond showing up out of shape
- Podz/Bassey injuries to start the year
- Curry injury in open practice
- Porzingis gone missing, found, and trade rumours
Strap in dub nation, it’s about to be a LONG season 😭
Golden State has started exploring trade routes for Kristaps Porzingis, who is now seriously contemplating his future in basketball as he deals with recurring symptoms from the autoimmune condition termed as POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome), sources tell ESPN.
@javrel_ Steph was Always The Best Player On GSW, KD stans see KD secure 2 fmvps cause Steph had 1 bad game and think that's the end all be all and think that overlaps their whole 3 year tenure lmao
@surfrenegade If he gets taken care of and is at 75% snap share for 6-7 weeks, you still have a solid window to evaluate his stamina as a starter while giving him the opportunity to adjust instead of placing such a significant workload burden on suddenly after success in limited play.
Hot take, I like the gradual approach they are taking.
We are 1-5. Focus should be more on positioning players to be successful next year.
If there’s no reason besides week to week impact of him suddenly jumping from a 25% snap share to 75%, why risk it with this record?
@surfrenegade I hear you, but if he goes out there and looks bad for half the game because he’s not used to playing nearly as long at full game speed beacuse he’s exhausted, I don’t think that’s fair or helpful.
He hasnt had a starter role at game speed for several years.
@surfrenegade And he should be there in a few weeks, but no need to rush it there in one go
Get him there by week 10-11 by gradually bumping it up. I don’t want to see any preventable issues due to the additional physical stress and fatigue from such a sudden jump in snap share for a lost szn
