The first @GlennGrizFB ACCESS students are graduating. ACCESS was an idea of 3 @LeanderISD counselors awarded a @LEEF_TX grant. 3 years later ACCESS has grown across all HS. The bravery of our educators to try something new, giving minority students community & opportunities

@GovAbbott @TXWorkforce Love seeing investment in schools CTE programs, these are so important for student success and filling jobs for the trades that are desperate for employees. Boost in our economy when we support these programs across the state and ISD.

@GovAbbott Texas ranks 41st out of 50 in public education. And we are in the Top 10 for states that don’t support funding public education but have the money to do so.

Thanks to our 500 LISD staff and community that completed the survey so we had a place to start in learning our strengths and weaknesses. Lots of great feedback and ideas ….now to take all that and package it into a plan of action!
