I really want to make Indiana a better place to live. I know you have to start at the community level, and influence what you can influence. But damn, some days, I just don't know how you ever triumph over this bullshit. The worst people, put in power by the dumbest people.
I'll say this: if you have no idea how the hell to end your weird and frustrating television series, there are worse ideas than drawing up the Colman Domingo iso.
@MyColtsAccount@Colts365@ZachHicks2 Same. I was a big Week 1 return skeptic. And obviously our view is very limited and controlled. But if this is May... may be seeing a preseason series or two even.
One thing I've definitely learned: people -- even people who are outwardly privileged -- go through some awful shit. Have empathy. Even for things that happened a long time ago that may be in *your* rear view mirror. There is no statute of limitations on trauma.
@ScottKacsmar I think The Batman actually kinda nails it. Not necessarily the incel army part, but the larger motif. Earning the flare moment of being the light, circling back to the kid and the symbolism with his own demons, the rooftop moment. All with Giacchino's coda. Honestly moving.
Knicks were always better, and Pacers already proved this last year but holy hell the Cavs are/were the pretender of all pretenders. Grossly unserious franchise build.
I don't judge it whatsoever, but it's interesting to me to see how much attending college graduation REALLY matters to some young people! Maybe my HS graduation felt enough like a college graduation but I was cool with having that diploma mailed to me lol
Still few things more surreal to me than shopping and seeing Indiana University football National Champions apparel for sale. I know it happened and I know it wasn't a fluke. It still doesn't fully register.
Finding one of the weird parts about losing a parent is that people are so thoughtful around important dates (like Mother's Day) and offering support, knowing that day may be difficult. But it's like...bro, EVERY day is difficult! Appreciated but feelings that day aren't unique.
1. The Colts always say the weirdest possible things re: AR.
2. IMO because they strongly dislike AR the football player.
3. So please just cut the kid already.
#Colts OC Jim Bob Cooter, asked if QB Anthony Richardson Sr. still has any vision limitations from the orbital fracture he suffered last year:
“That’s gonna have to be a question for Anthony. I’m not gonna speak about a young man’s vision. I would be speaking out of turn.”
Nothing in my life has made me feel older than the modern reality of trying to figure out which sporting events are airing where in this streaming economy. I'm shouting at clouds every day now.
