@AmazonHelp No they were thru manufacturer directly … spoke with @UPS customer service 3 times and they couldn’t give me any answers on their end at all.. they guaranteed me packages would be delivered Friday at some point they were just not scanned so they couldn’t locate them etc

I have 2 important packages coming that were both supposed to be here today by 12pm I came on Twitter to see if anyone was having same problem and @UPS screwed me .. I paid next day air which isn’t cheap and now both packages seperate and unrelated say mechanical delays .
