@markburgess_osl@shahidmogul I guess so. But my process isn't there for analyzing things looking for efficiency improvements. It is how I leave my future self clues and bread crumbs when it's time to come back and do archaeology.
@markburgess_osl@shahidmogul If the essence of the note is going to change I might not edit it, instead I might create a new one and cross link the old note e.g. If I have a note about an opinion on something and that opinion changes I don't want to lose the context of my previous opinion.
@markburgess_osl@shahidmogul I don't make a habit of going back and editing worklog notes, but I will go back and augment some notes that are about some specific topic when I have additional context to add.
@markburgess_osl@shahidmogul Indeed. My thoughts were more around trying to extract the relationships generically. Or for a given format, n4l, org, markdown. They all have some kind of structure. Im not suoer disciplined in my notes, structure but its not rigid. I rely on capture templates for consistency.
@markburgess_osl@shahidmogul Also perhaps worth skimming other emacs related options (denote, org-node, lmk if you want a more. exhaustive list) and non emacs tools logseq, obsidian, Joplin, foam (vs code plugin), siyuan, anytype.
And was reading your medium intro, ran out of chars, attached note. :-)
@markburgess_osl@shahidmogul The graphs above show nodes (org-mode headings that have an ID property) that link to each other (id based hyper links). https://t.co/dck8y0REbE
@shahidmogul@markburgess_osl Yes, agreed org-mode is amazing. Church is always in session.
I agree the rendered graphs look cool. But honestly I find them most useful for marketing org-mode 😅 (hey look shiny).
@markburgess_osl@shahidmogul If you prefer longer rambles...

@markburgess_osl@shahidmogul There are a lot of words there which specifically shall I start with?
Specifically while reading the n4l example my first impression was that a reminder might relate most closely to an unfinished TODO in org-mode.
I'm now looking for people to try out this project about human learning and knowledge -- a bit of a finger up to AI. I wrote a quick tutorial to get started now, even though it's early days... Any volunteers...? Qualifications needed intent to learn!
