@NYCTSubway Now they JUST said there’s a signal problem at king’s highway. I don’t know why they don’t let the trains proceed to Newkirk at least. They just kept on saying “ held by supervision”. Come on, it’s a long walk at night in the rain. Need better maintenance and communication
@NYCTSubway Why is the southbound q stranded at church av without any audible announcements? Need to know what is going on / whether to get out and walk. This is so unhelpful
@NYCTSubway Can I get my wasted fares refunded? I had to pay three entry fares yesterday after I had to leave the stuck train and walk, first to 72 and then to 59
@Derrick_NYC Also not helpful. They didn’t post anything about it for too long and then gave wrong info both on the app and via the conductor. Bad communication causes additional delays.
@NYCTSubway I ended up doing that without waiting for your reply. Still very late but not as bad as it would have been otherwise. I don’t understand why there wasn’t any communication about it. could have saved a lot of time by just making an announcement :(
@NYCTSubway I’m at 86 and have been waiting for a while, so I should “only” have ten more minutes remaining to wait, but I wanted to know why the big gap given that no issues were announced
@Shipt@sephora2210 This is not great. Can you at least post a meaningful error message? I wasted a lot of time troubleshooting on my end before realizing that the problem is on your end. And don’t have groceries :(
@NYCTSubway Sure. Usually there’s an arrow on the left or the right. Today there was no arrow, just a faint dot. No conductor visible to give a wave. I went to the side with the dot in case it was the arrow, but it was the wrong side. The other train left first.
@NYCTSubway This lengthens commutes for people with already long commutes times, living in outer boroughs, we have already had multiple drastic service shutdowns this past week such as Monday morning, I get that you need to cope with emergencies but where are the long term solutions
