@NordicTrack paid for white glove delivery service. The courier refused to bring my new bike in my home and assemble. They told me that wasn’t their job. Spent four hours being bounced between customer service departments today, on hold, listening to your one terrible song.

@NordicTrack 1/2 worst customer service i have ever experienced. They just told me i had to call Billings and returns to schedule the assembly of my product because they refused to do it when it was originally scheduled yesterday. But when i spoke with Billings and returns after 4 hours

@NordicTrack the one person i spoke to who said they could help me (of 5 total people) told me i could have to carry the 204 lb machine in my house and have it in the room where i wanted it assembled and they would send out a tech to put it together.
