@Petco 7. He has not stopped crying or shaking since he walked out of the grooming department. Something happened to my dog and I won’t stop till I find out what happened. This ain’t the last time you’ll hear from me @Petco
I don’t do stuff like this but @Petco in Union, NJ on Route. 22 grooming is absolutely insane. Please explain to me by my dog had an appointment at 11:45am. It is NOW 5:22pm and he is still not groomed nor is he completely blow dried. He has been sitting in a CAGE for over 3hrs
6. 1-3 hours is a completely reasonable time for a bath, blow dry and cut. BUT THIS WAS OVER 5 HOURS CLOSE TO 6 with NOTHING being done besides the bath part.
I am disgusted with the “care” they have provided my dog and I will not stop until something is resolved. @Petco@Petco
5. The funniest part of all of this is they BLAMED ME for bringing him in on a busy weekend. PLEASE CLOSE YOUR BOOKS IF YOU ARE OVERBOOKED. Why are you booking 4-5 dogs back to back knowing you can not complete all of them in a reasonable time frame.
3. I was then advised due to him “not really liking the blow dryer” they put him in the cage after his bath to AIR DRY while they work on 2 other dogs WHILE MY DOG WAS SITTING IN A CAGE FOR HOURS WITH NO FOOD, WATER, OR USE OF THE BATHROOM.
2. They then had the nerve to tell me it will take an additional 2 hours to complete his grooming. I have the friendliest mini goldendoodle and I am unsure of why it took ALMOST 6 HOURS to groom him
All of my friends have something that I admire about them. The hustle, style, the way they move, beauty, free spirit, intelligence & more. It's so important to have ppl around you that motivate you in some kind of way.
