Rachel Batter is all smiles as she heads to the airport last week to take off for her very first term of service in Malawi, Africa! Rachel will serve as a homeschool teacher for the three young children of CMF team members Ryan and Justine Hayes.
The papaya grown in the irrigated demo orchard at Ipokot farm in Turkana, Kenya, are doing very well this year, reports farm manager Haron Jackson. They sell for $1 each at the markets. The mango trees are also growing well and should be producing fruit next year!
As they prepared recently to return to their ministry in Thailand, Preston and Kristin Coursey had to jump through lots of hoops, including multiple COVID-19 tests for themselves and their two children. Daughter Kinsley very carefully tried to do her test all by herself!
