A faceless YouTube channel is one month old, has 10 videos, and already cleared over $13,000. The tools behind it cost $0.

The biggest upload sits at 2.7 million views. Nobody on the channel shows a face, records a voice, or films a single frame.

The pipeline is the whole business. Claude's free plan spits out 50 video ideas and ranks each one 1 to 10 for viral odds. You pick the top score. Claude writes the script. Claude writes the image prompts. An AI voice reads it. AI paints every frame, each one fed the last so the look never breaks.

Then 15 minutes in CapCut and it ships.

300,000 views in the last 7 days, on a channel that didn't exist 30 days ago.

The cinematic house fire, the shaking hands, the calm voice on the line. None of it happened. A free chatbot dreamed all of it.

The faceless channel isn't the future. It's already collecting checks.
