@whatsundersteer Cool down lap, 2 laps for pit stops, warm up lap … 4 laps max. Understandably 1-2 more for a big clean up. Anything too big just red flag.
@NateCumberworth@nascar_opinion It use to be common for guys to have great rookie years in cup in the late 90’s and early 00’s. But those were the days were the cars were similar (slight HP difference) and they raced against 8-12 Cup drivers every Saturday.
@NateCumberworth@nascar_opinion With how incredibly different the cars are compared to cup and with the limited cup driver participation, more time in Xfinity wont necessarily help you. The learning curve would as steep after 1 year as it would after 2 or 3.
@RacingTerritory Every other sport has either
1) multiple games on a given day
2) over 80+ games a year
3) is a one day 2-3 hour event mostly attended by local residents
Cup has 1 event per weekend and is traditionally a 2-3 day event attended by people from across the country
Cant compare
Kid dirt tracks are a lot like playgrounds. Some kids have all the cool s*it and have tons of friends. Some kids struggle and don’t fit in. Kyle knew this, & always would make a point to find these racers and give them some advice or encouragement. Their reactions = priceless 😲
@ThisIsSamTheMan@FWRobbins45 2011 Season had more lead changes than 2025
2005 Coke 600 had more lead changes than 2025 & last night
Those were the first two years/races that came to mind. I didn’t have to work to find it. Confirmed it with racing-reference.
The product today is awful (& no, I’m not old)
@RegularDude007@EricGri11189395 Prime’s ratings were even with FS1, TNT & USA … lower than FOX & NBC obviously. But, had a 32% increase in 18-34 demographic. Part of the deal was also year long practice & qualifying coverage and documentary’s
@KnightedNate@DigitalGashouse I would take a red flag and a sped up caution period over a 7 GWC wreckfest’s
Actually, i would take a yellow flag finish over a 7 GWC wreckfest
@ma1ybe You know what is accessible?
Literally everything except a dumpster to surrender an unwanted baby. Hospital, doc office, fire or police station, hell put it in the entryway of a Walmart so it will be found.
Putting it in a dumpster doesn’t justify abortion. Just exposes evil.
@Fish_Flakes546@ma1ybe Could also be avoided by just taking the unwanted baby to a hospital, fire station, police station, etc. But sure, let’s somehow justify this evil act ….
@NRE_Productions I feel like this is more how it felt when Davey or Alan died.
For some reason, to me, it hits differently when we lose a driver off the track vs on the track. Idk why. It’s not fair either way.
