@Airbnb@AirbnbHelp Sorry I called your host guarantee a load of bullshit last week. Guests wanted to be "nice" and turned off all the radiators in my house when -27 C° outside - busted pipes etc. No insurance covers this. The bill is still there. Accept and move on I guess.
