Kanye West is being sued by a former Donda Academy employee claiming workplace abuse

The lawsuit, filed by Trevor Phillips, details a variety of situations involving Ye:

▫️ Ye allegedly wanted to introduce a jail at the school so kids could be locked in cages

▫️ Phillips says Ye wanted kids to shave their heads

▫️ According to the lawsuit, Ye physically threatened Phillips, stating "I'm going to punch you in the face," before abruptly changing tone and mimicking Super Mario's victory dance, saying, "I'm gonna give you one more chance. Another life!"

▫️ After his split from Adidas and Gap over anti semitism, Ye allegedly said he wanted to go after the LGBTQ+ community "next," claiming they're part of a population control scheme by Bill Gates

▫️ Phillips, who is Black, says Ye "treated the Black staff considerably worse than white employees"

▫️ Ye is accused of promoting anti semitism at the school, expressing a preference for dating white women, threatening to fire overweight employees, and allegedly spending $2 million of the school's funds on a Paris trip

▫️ In a December 2022 meeting at the Nobu Hotel in Malibu, Ye allegedly praised H!tler, denied the Hol0caust, and dismissed gay people as "non-Christians", before having hotel staff play "The Batman" 2022 silently, creating an uneasy atmosphere for Phillips

Phillips is pursuing a minimum of $35,000 in damages, alleging whistleblower retaliation, racial discrimination, and a hostile work environment, among eight other causes of action.
