@AcuffMUSE 2 things can be true. It was time for Cal to go, it just wasn’t working anymore at Kentucky for MULTIPLE reasons, but UK made a lazy hire. One that the AD knew wouldn’t give him as much hell as Cal did. UK is definitely a brand when it comes to college basketball.

Pope is not meeting the standard, and needs to correct it. The coach has that power, the fans (negative or not) have no power to change anything

We are not changing that whether we agree with all the negativity or not. The coach can change his philosophy with coaching, scouting, and game adjustments

@CurtisLDurbin @JByGodRod You think recruits are saying “This looks awesome” to the games we’ve played this year. You nor I can stop EVERY fan from being overly negative. The fans will always do what they want. But the coach can demand accountability, scout better, and build a roster that fits.

Bet if we could go look at some of the things being said during the 2013-14/covid season you’d see a lot of the same. Acting like UK fans haven’t always been like this is also delusional
