Elon Musk told the United Nations he would give them $6 billion to end world hunger if they showed him a detailed plan of how they would use the money. They called his bluff and gave him their plan— and then they never got the money. Now he’s buying Twitter for $45 billion.
@teamTandB2017 How about you give me a call when you solve the global food shortage and try to feed 8 billion ungrateful vegans when millions of acres of farm and crop land are being bought out and turned into pristine subdivisions with hundreds of sh*tty over-priced houses
This is also super funny because ranching and farming is a break-even business where a person’s sole responsibility is to provide and care for animals and land, in which 9/10 ranchers would go into severe debt for the wellbeing of their stock. You are ~uneducated~ :)
@cmjohnston12@thegallowboob Another tweet apologizing for systemic cruelty to animals on the widest scale imaginable because it’s how this person makes their living :)
@teamTandB2017 Propaganda is not factual or what I would consider research/education, but please continue to believe what you believe and I will continue to support the people that make feeding our disgustingly ever-growing population remotely possible
@teamTandB2017 Unlimited access to pasture, food, water, grazing, state of the art veterinary care and tools used solely for the purpose of maintaining overall health and comfort? Sounds super abusive to me
@teamTandB2017 Factory farm is not synonymous with animal abuse or cruelty? On the contrary actually, considering most “factory” farms actually contain some of the most advanced animal housing and working systems often including climate controlled shelter and deeply bedded group housing?
@teamTandB2017 I am just going to take my 4 year college degree and years of experience in agriculture and try to educate the rest of the population on the actual truth, and debunk the PETA-worshipping bullsh*t that people like you continue to spread.
Also I guess next time it snows I will bring my 1300lb gelding and 300lb filly that both have adequate food, water, shelter, blankets, and winter hair coats into my 900 square foot townhouse to get them out of the weather 🥲
It’s so funny to me how people see this stuff on the internet and swoon over it, but still have the audacity to say that farmers and ranchers don’t care about their livestock
I think my favorite response to this was everyone saying that livestock shouldn’t be subjected to freezing temperatures. I will let my horses know that the universe is offended by their personal choices to stand outside in rain and snow when they both have cozy warm shelters
call me crazy but I think maybe *not* flying a bunch of private jets around the world to a conference would do more to help the environment than trying to get people to stop eating meat, an incredibly important part of the human diet
@xrailskilledme This is gonna sound super weird, but bacon grease I have found works wonders on cuts and scrapes and also hair re-growth after turnout boo-boos and bites!
5 combines, 5 carts, 15 semis, fuel truck, lots of wives making lunch, and a mill who turned all trucks away but us…… all to support a fellow farmer who was stricken with terminal cancer. Always amazed what needs can be met by a small town.
