Interesting to see how many we've scored from crosses / corners. Don't think we've scored quite a many headed goals in previous seasons. Also telling quite a few goals come fros us being quicker to the rebound. Love the alertness and energy.
The World Cup starts on Sunday and I feel absolutely nothing folks. This is a major tournament, with 3 games a day! We should be feeling delirious, euphoric. Alas, this won't be like any other World Cup. For 'many' reasons...
π€ What emotion are you feeling?
@Secondlina Wow, that is so scary, so sorry you've been through it all! βΉοΈ For what it is worth, your wonderful work kept my gf & I smiling through the Covid madness. You had such a positive impact even when you were feeling low. Glad to hear you're better. May 2023 bring you happiness! π
@RobForbesDJ@FIFAcom My feelings exactly. π The "celebration of football" vibe diead with the WC in Russia tbh, and this one in Qatar feels even less exciting. π
@jamesbenge I had to laugh when Nelson brushed his face in the first half and he went down screaming like every single tooth in his head had been extracted with trip mines... π Screaming like he'd been stabbed! π
@sportbible Didier Drogba... Man used go extra hard in Arsenal vs. Chelsea games. Wayne Rooney gets a special mention too, always seemed to score against Arsenal... π
@backagain No, as Arsenal fans we need to stop this revisionism of ex-Arsenal players. I loved Alexis when he played for us, but his time at the club is over. Less banter, more support for the players that actually play for us. Imagine Saka or Eddie scores a trophy winning goal this season!
@ShaunlfcT Gas up your man if you want to bro, but don't be a hater and drag others down to do so. Konate can be good at the same time as Saliva being good. π€·πΌββοΈ Both are top players, good for the Prem, and as an Arsenal fan, I can definitely see Saliba has made a positive impact for us.
