@shane_lizzard @taylorotwell Agreed, but examples of consumption or integration are worse with most advocating the use of Django as an easy extension of Python. Even a basic social inference / data mining ML integration was painful as hell with many unanswered issues. As I said maybe my skill/education

@taylorotwell It might be more of an education issue. I’m not arguing the merits of PHP or comparing to any dev platform. If I can consume it as a service then great, but finding examples is a challenge and so end up using Django, which is yet another platform.

@taylorotwell More of a PHP issue, but my fear is Laravel/PHP become irrelevant because of limited AI/ML support. Even if we looked at integrating basic ML eg regression or start think about Python/R/Go code/data integration. Nail that and we are in back baby!

@gravitano @NoWizardry @evanyou Be careful as I recall a similar decision for Angular JS that tanked market share. Adoption and support is a factor of the tribe. Vue for the elite 5% would be a mistake. Vue, like Laravel is great for the masses and it’s the masses that are the evangelists.
