I'm being told 2 different things: 1. you will receive the £40 voucher on voucher-roll-out in February and/or 2: you will receive an email confirming you've met criteria and the the voucher will be sent within 45 days of receiving the email.

Purchased @Apple iwatch SE. Tried to sync with my sons £1000 X iphone before xmas day. Apparently I can't, as not compatible? I paid £1000 for that phone! Want to send watch back as only had watch for 6 days. @apple web summary saying your order is no longer eligible for return?

Buying @Apple products ALL my life. Spent thousands. Faulty phone, had it for 7 months and Apple has been the most unhelpful I have ever known! A full refund was requested, and a rude reply was given! @Apple will NO longer be receiving my money!
