@VerizonSupport The ONT is not turning off because the lights stay green the whole time. It is just the data light turning off. I have it plugged into a regular outlet. We have tried it both ways into a power and regular outlet and both seem to be giving the same issue.

@VerizonSupport I’ve had a week of my Fios dropping every 30 min. I’ve gotten new equipment, 2 techs to come, 2 3-hour calls, and one tech told us there’s “nothing they can do.” We’re paying for service we don’t have. We need someone who can escalate this, not another reset.

1. Internet drops from all devices (no WiFi network found)
2. The data light on the ONT turns off
3. The light on the router starts flashing white then turns solid yellow
Eventually after 15 mins the data/router light comes back on
