Und über die Dunkelziffer sprechen wir dabei noch gar nicht.

When I learned one important rule about restructuring and turn-around in my 40 years career, than that:
Don't expect those loosers who brought a company down to turn it around.
To make it understandable for a lesser intelligent person: Who is responsible for all the "mistakes", is the last one you should ask to correct them.
