@canadaposthelps why hasn’t my parcel been scanned at all since June 29th? The item is 40 mins away from me, and its supposed to be expedited. It just has been sitting there unchanged with expected delivery as 1 to 11 days.

@canadaposthelps Why does Canada Post still offer expedited shipping if it can’t be handled or even given a reasonable time frame? This isn’t a courtesy CP is doing for me, I paid for this.

@ServiceOntario My grandmother is transferring ownership of her vehicle to me, but she can’t locate the ownership paper. We have all other documents required, is there something we could bring in lieu of ownership? + Is there a way to make appt online as she is elderly& disabled?
