CMPDI’s Inter-RI Table Tennis Tournament 2026–27 Inaugurated at RI-VI, Singrauli

The CMPDI’s Inter-Regional Institutes Table Tennis Tournament 2026–27 organised by Regional Institute–VI, Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh, was inaugurated jointly by Shri Badal Manna, Regional Director, RI-VI, Singrauli and the chief guest Dr. Manjari Mehta, Chief of Medical Services (CMS), Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL), in the presence of players representing various Regional Institutes of CMPDI and other dignitaries on 26th October, 2026 at RI-VI, Singrauli.

The tournament aims to promote sportsmanship, discipline and healthy competition among CMPDI employees while fostering camaraderie, team spirit and coordination among the Regional Institutes. The event reflects CMPDI’s commitment to encouraging sports and strengthening unity among its employees through inter-regional sporting competitions.

CMPDI commenced Vigilance Awareness Week 2026 with Integrity Pledge

CMPDI commenced Vigilance Awareness Week 2026 (26th October to 1st November, 2026) with the administration of the Integrity Pledge to employees by Shri Chaudhari Shivraj Singh, CMD, CMPDI. Following the administration of the pledge, Shri Chaudhari Shivraj Singh, CMD; Shri Ajay Kumar, Director (T/P&D); Shri Anand Mohan, Director (T/RD&T, BD); Shri Pankaj Kumar, C.V.O., CMPDIL & CCL; Shri Kanchan Sinha, RD, RI-III, Ranchi; GM (Vigilance) and other GMs/HoDs and employees paid floral tributes to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel on the occasion.

Addressing the gathering, Shri Chaudhari Shivraj Singh, CMD, CMPDI, emphasised the significance of the theme of Vigilance Awareness Week 2026, “Probity for Prosperity (सत्यनिष्ठा से समृद्धि)”, and highlighted CMPDI’s role as a credible organisation contributing to India’s energy sector. He stressed that the accuracy and credibility of mining-related data are vital, as they form the cornerstone of national planning and decision-making. In his concluding message, he emphasised that integrity, transparency and an inner commitment to doing what is right must guide individual actions and organisational decisions to strengthen institutional credibility and achieve sustainable prosperity.

Shri Pankaj Kumar, CVO, CMPDIL & CCL, highlighted the activities being undertaken by CMPDI during the three-month Preventive Vigilance Awareness Campaign–2026. He emphasised the adoption of new technologies and the importance of objective, impartial and unbiased decision-making, free from personal beliefs and preconceived notions. He also highlighted key initiatives undertaken by CMPDI to strengthen transparency and accountability, including the implementation of biometric attendance for contract labourers.

Thereafter, Shri Chaudhari Shivraj Singh, along with the Functional Directors and C.V.O., CMPDIL & CCL, inaugurated the selfie point and led the Walkathon organised to raise awareness against the evils of corruption and reinforce the collective commitment to integrity, transparency and probity.

It is pertinent to mention that CMPDIL is observing the three-month-long Preventive Vigilance Awareness Campaign 2026 from 17th August to 16th November 2026, under the theme “Probity for Prosperity (सत्यनिष्ठा से समृद्धि)”, with a focus on promoting ethical practices, transparency and accountability in organisational functioning.

सतर्कता जागरूकता अभियान-2026 के अंतर्गत 23.10.2026 को शासकीय हाई स्कूल, नवानगर, जिला सिंगरौली में सीएमपीडीआई, क्षेत्रीय संस्थान-VI, सिंगरौली द्वारा श्री बादल मन्ना, क्षेत्रीय निदेशक के निर्देशन में बालिकाओं हेतु व्यक्तिगत एवं मासिक धर्म स्वच्छता जागरूकता कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया।

कार्यक्रम में वीडियो के माध्यम से स्वच्छता, सैनिटरी पैड के उचित उपयोग एवं स्वास्थ्य संबंधी सावधानियों की जानकारी दी गई। साथ ही, बालिकाओं को बेसिक सैनिटरी किट एवं सैनिटरी पैड वितरित किए गए। इस पहल का उद्देश्य स्वच्छता के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाना और स्वस्थ आदतों को प्रोत्साहित करना था।
