@PalmaRealResort what is the point of paying for adult only section when there are kids splashing in pool and kids yelling in adults only section? No one has monitored at all this morning and we’ve had to move locations twice for quiet. Disappointed in level of service paid for.
Dear @British_Airways I have been trying to cancel a holiday booking for 6 days now, but there is no way to do so online. I do not want a voucher. The phone numbers are not working. It is suggested to try social media, but that is not working. Is this legal?
@British_Airways Day 7 and the automated call center has hung up on my 3x today. I have filed a complaint with BA online. Is there another consumer agency I can contact?
@British_Airways No, my trip is not within the next 2 weeks. BA holidays changed my flight times and now will not answer calls or requests to change or cancel a trip that is at end of December. What is the next step to take action? Please do not say “call,” as they are not answering.
