We shared that our pandemic experiences, while difficult, helped us to build confidence, leadership, and purpose. We told officials that we need more mental health resources and better internships. We asked for way more support for teachers because teachers impact everything!
Today we met with school, city, business, and White House leaders who asked to hear about OUR experiences, and what we think government needs to do to help students and schools. 1/2 #cltmeckyouth#studentvoice#studentslead#k12#education
