The Texas AG’s office, a 155 people were convicted since 2005 of voter fraud. Ken Paxton has been AG since 2015.

California passed Prop 13 decades ago which capped property taxes.
Inherent your parents house, you inherit the tax base they had.

AG Paxton was never able to find widespread fraud in the last 10 years.
