@IcelandFoods@icelandrichard can somebody explain why the Β£102.50 stolen from my bonus card on the 11th November which you admitted was fraud. has not yet been replaced, a promised call back twice was never delivered?
Do you care about customers the service it would appear not?
@IcelandFoods Will get looked into any better than the six phone calls I have already made to your call centre. Because at the moment this is beyond a joke I was promised Monday it would be sorted within 48 hours and have made another t3 call since then, till no resolution
