This week, the European Union deepened cooperation with Jamaica and the broader Caribbean by entering into a partnership with the Caribbean Maritime University (CMU) in the area of maritime security.
The future of leadership was in the room at the Caribbean Maritime University.
I am honoured to have been invited to deliver a leadership lecture, engaging with students on the importance of service, discipline, and responsibility.
The energy, curiosity, and determination in the room were a clear reflection of a generation preparing to lead with purpose.
Leadership is a journey, one that begins with a willingness to learn, to serve, and to grow, and I am excited for what lies ahead for these students!
