Ulster GAA has been officially awarded the @Diversity_Mark accreditation, recognising its ongoing commitment to diversity, equality and inclusion across the organisation 🙌
The Diversity Mark is awarded to organisations following an independent assessment process, which benchmarks best practice in advancing diversity and inclusion.
The accreditation is a significant milestone for Ulster GAA, and is reflective of the @officialgaa manifesto of “Where We All Belong”.

EDI Leaders Forum – Supporting Staff Wellbeing & Neurodivergence at Work
Allstate recently hosted the latest EDI Leaders Forum delivered in partnership with BITC NI, bringing together organisations and partners to share insights on creating more inclusive, supportive workplaces.
Economy Minister Dr @CArchibald_SF met with @wibni to hear more about the impact of their work and how they can support the good jobs charter through their Diversity Mark.
Speaking after the meeting the Minister said: “The Women in Business Group is helping to deliver a stronger, more inclusive economy and is driving positive change for women and businesses through building connections, accreditation, employment opportunities and skills development. As we continue to develop the good jobs charter, their experience and expertise is greatly welcomed.”
